Levi Stadium has the ability to host very large scale events. We have the opportunity to host over seventy two thousand fans at a given time, and we have a fan base that is the greatest fan base of all time.
The relationship between ABM and Levi's Stadium is a true partnership. We came into this together day one when the building opened. A brand new building always brings new challenges and unknowns that you need to figure out along the way, and we did that together successfully to build what we have built today.
ABM is our primary janitorial service provider. They provide services such as cleaning of the stadium, window washing, parking lot sweeping, inventory management. They do a lot for us.
We've gone through back to back nights of Grateful Dead with seventy thousand fans in the building. We've done CFP national championships. We've done WrestleMania.
The creme de la creme was definitely Super Bowl fifty.
The partnership between Levi's and ABM is amazing. We have constant communication. We have staff here on-site that manage the day to day janitorial work and inventory management. Monday through Friday, in addition to event days, we are constantly in communication, talking about things that need to change, looking for new opportunities to make things better for our fans and and the building in general.
The forty niners have really put a priority on occupant safety for both the guests that come into the building and their own employees and everybody who works here. The thirty five hundred or so on a game day. ABM has partnered with them in a few different areas, especially after COVID as things took a turn and the visibility to the fans for for what we're doing in regards to cleaning has taken priority.
One of those programs is electrostatic spraying, UV technology where we're using UV lighting to disinfect the locker rooms and all players spaces. And then the third thing is providing disinfectant teams on game day.
ABM's been an incredible partner. They're very proactive in their management and communication style. We often talk about items that need to get done in the stadium well ahead of time. We walk the stadium together to inspect areas that need improvement, and so it's been a great partnership in working with them.
We're a third party vendor, but we come in and they make us feel like we're part of their team no matter what vendor you are, what company you work for. It's all about the 49ers logo. It's definitely one of the greatest things about working here.
With ABM, I think it's important for them to make a difference every day for every person.
