Andrea Newborn

As Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, Andrea Newborn serves as a trusted strategic advisor and leader enabling the company’s transformation and growth. As legal counsel to the board of directors and executive leadership, she oversees ABM’s global legal affairs, including governance, compliance, labor relations, regulatory and litigation, as well as ABM’s risk and safety and real estate functions.  

With more than 30 years’ experience in leadership roles at both public and privately held companies, before joining ABM in 2017, Andrea served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TravelClick, Inc. and, prior to that, Reader’s Digest Association, Inc.  

Andrea serves on the Board of Directors of Literacy Inc., a not-for-profit focused on children’s literacy in high need neighborhoods across New York City.  She completed the David Rockefeller Fellowship program at the Partnership For New York City; and is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Brown University.
